About Game Center

You can discover new games and share your game experiences with friends around the world in Game Center (iPhone 3GS or later). Invite your friends to play, or use auto-match to find other worthy opponents. Check leaderboards to see who the best players are. Earn bonus points by achieving specific accomplishments in a game.
Note: Game Center may not be available in all countries or regions, and the available games may vary by country or region.

To use Game Center, you need an Internet connection and an Apple ID. If you already have an iTunes Store, MobileMe, or other Apple account, you can use that Apple ID with Game Center. If you don’t already have an Apple account, you can create a new one in Game Center, as described below.
Setting Up Game Center

When you first open Game Center, you’re asked if you want to allow push notifications. (You may first be asked if you want to turn on Notifications.) Notifications may include alerts, sounds, and icon badges that let you know about Game Center events even when you’re not using Game Center. For example, you might receive an alert that a friend has invited you to play a game.
Allow notifications: Tap OK.
If you tap Don’t Allow, you won’t receive notifications for Game Center. You can turn notifications on at a later time if you want, and you can specify what kinds of notifications you want to get.
Turn notifications on or off: In Settings, choose Notifications. Turning off Notifications disables all notifications for all apps.

iPhone 4

People have been dreaming about video calling for decades. iPhone 4 makes it a reality. With just a tap, you can wave hello to your kids, share a smile from across the globe, or watch your best friend laugh at your stories — iPhone 4 to iPhone 4 or to the new iPod touch over Wi-Fi. And it works right out of the box. No other phone makes staying in touch this much fun.

Retina Display

The Retina display on iPhone 4 is the sharpest, most vibrant, highest-resolution phone screen ever, with four times the pixel count of previous iPhone models. In fact, the pixel density is so high that the human eye is unable to distinguish individual pixels. Which makes text amazingly crisp and images stunningly sharp.

iPhone 3Gs

The iPhone 3GS is the third generation of iPhone designed and marketed by Apple Inc. It was introduced on June 8, 2009 at the WWDC 2009 which took place at the Moscone Center, San Francisco. Its features primarily consist of faster performance, a camera with higher resolution and video capability, voice control, and support for 7.2 Mbit/s HSDPA downloading (but remains limited to 384 kbps uploading as Apple had not implemented the HSUPA protocol). It was released in the U.S., Canada and six European countries on June 19, 2009, in Australia and Japan on June 26, and internationally in July and August 2009. The iPhone 3GS runs Apple's iOS operating system, the same operating system as used on previous iPhones, the iPad, and the iPod touch. It is primarily controlled by a user's fingertips on the multi-touch display, which is sensitive to fingertip contact. Without modification, the iPhone restricts users from running any software that is not explicitly approved by Apple and distributed via its App Store. Doing so could potentially cause issues with software functionality which may not be covered under warranty.

iPhone 3G

The iPhone 3G is the second generation of iPhone. It was the successor to the original iPhone, and is succeeded by the iPhone 3GS. Introduced on June 9, 2008 at the WWDC 2008 at the Moscone Center, San Francisco. The 3G was very similar to its predecessor, containing the same 2 MP camera and no support for video recording, and its performance was limited by the same 128 MB eDRAM memory unit. Nevertheless, the 3G featured several improvements over the original. It supported Assisted GPS, 3G data and Quad-band UMTS/HSDPA.
The iPhone 3G runs Apple’s iOS operating system, the same operating system used on previous iPhones, the iPad, and the iPod touch. It is primarily controlled by a user’s fingertips on the multi-touch display, which is sensitive to fingertip contact. Without modification, the iPhone restricts users from running any software that is not explicitly approved by Apple and distributed via its App Store. Doing so could potentially cause issues with software functionality which may not be covered under warranty. The iPhone 3G is preceded by the iPhone and succeeded by the iPhone 3GS.

iPhone (original)

The iPhone (pronounced /ˈaɪfoʊn/, EYE-fohn) — retroactively labeled the original iPhone — was the first iPhone designed and marketed by Apple Inc. and was succeeded by the iPhone 3G. It was announced on January 9, 2007 after months of rumors and speculation. It was introduced in the United States on June 29, 2007 before being marketed in Europe. It featured quad-band GSM with GPRS and EDGE.

The original iPhone's design was centered on a 3.5 inches (89 mm) glass multi-touch touchscreen display. The original iPhone introduced five physical buttons that have remained consistent over newer generations of iPhone. The device featured a chrome plated metal frame. The back of the which was made of brushed aluminum with a black plastic base, required because metal shields cellular and Wi-Fi signals. The camera was located in the upper-left corner of the iPhone's rear. The headphone socket was recessed into the casing, making it incompatible with most headsets without the use of an adapter. Other models do not have this issue. The original iPhone is the only iPhone model not to be available in multiple colors; all models since the original have been available in either black or white.
